Lately, it seems like more and more people are paying attention to the proliferation of digital billboards and the public outcry against them:

Will the Los Angeles City Council listen to the public and choose to enforce the law against billboard companies? History says no. Mike Feuer wasn't willing to chance it and introduced legislation that would ban digital billboards as a safety concern. I wonder what the council thinks about all this attention to their decision to allow digital billboards to go up in our city. Eric Garcetti, what's your take?
